User Data Deletion Request

At Genlance, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below:


Steps to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Log in to your Genlance account.

    • Ensure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
  2. Navigate to the 'Account Settings' page.

    • Click on your profile picture or username in the top right corner, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select 'Delete Account'.

    • Scroll to the bottom of the settings page, and click on the Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm Your Request.

    • You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days (except as required by law).

Alternative Method

If you are unable to access your account, you can email us at support@genlance.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Proof of identity to verify the request (if required).

Important Notes:

  • Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • Certain information may be retained as required by legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
  • Any pending payments or disputes must be resolved before submitting a deletion request.
